This project shares nine first person stories of what it is like to be a part of the post 9/11 military community – active duty soldiers, veterans, spouses, parents and children.
The main goals of this project are to provide an immersive experience for viewers to better understand the lasting impacts of war and trauma not only on the soldiers but on their family members and their communities, to bridge the growing civil-military divide through storytelling, and to provide a platform for soldiers and family members to share their stories.
